Returns & Cancellation Policy

Juvenor Healthcare strives to give you a completely hassle-free shopping experience each and every time! We assure you that all products sold on the Juvenor Healthcare website are brand new and 100% genuine. In case a product received by you is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described’, our Returns & Cancellations policies have got you covered.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a request number from our customer service department at info@juvenorhealthcare.com

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items unless they were received as ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described’. In such circumstances, we require the following information to process your return:

  1.  Order number
  2.  Full name
  3. Address
  4.  Phone number
  5. E-mail address
  6.  Packing slip
  7.  Original Order Confirmation Receipt
  8. A Duly Printed Returns Form (can be obtained from our customer service)
  9.  Your reason for return(along with photo/video showing damage/defect)

Please note that if the above information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.
In case an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues; shipping charges will not be refunded.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

A delivered order can be only cancelled in case of Defects/Damage/Non-Functionality.

Refunds:

All refunds (requested by customer/ auto cancellations) will be credited back to the payment source/ voucher code within 96 hours from the date of refund initiation.
